Carema DOC - etichetta nera (black label)

  • Only 16 hectares of vineyards are nestled on the steep hillsides of Carema. Its Nebbiolo grapes yield a unique red wine named after the town. Our Carema D.O.C. Etichetta Nera is made ONLY IN THE BEST VINTAGES, and aged in our cellars for no less than three years, with at least 2 years of barrique aging.



  • Tasting notes

  • Colour: Intense garnet red, limpid and dense.
  • Nose: Pronounced spices and ripe red berries. Fine notes of violet, berries, and vanilla.
  • Palate: Enveloping, alcoholic mouthfeel, pleasant developing tannins. Well orchestrated, with a firm structure. It is at its best a few years after bottling.
