Made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested around the 20th of October, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. In conformity with the production regulations, refinement lasts 36 months, 30 of which in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Colour: Intense garnet red, limpid and dense.
Nose: Spicy, fruity notes. Fine hints of dried flowers and rose petals.
